Richard and Claire's Wedding at Herstmonceux Castle

Easter Saturday saw me photographing the stunning wedding of Richard and Claire at Herstmonceux Castle, in East Sussex ( http://www.herstmonceux-castle.com/ ).

After being in Scotland the previous week, it made a refreshing change to be "home" for a local wedding.

Claire and Richard had decided they wanted a marquee for their wedding breakfast so employed the services of my very good friends at Super Events ( http://www.superevent.co.uk/ ). Tony's team are superbly professional, supplying not only an exquisite marquee but also superb catering.

Speaking from experience and numerous meals at weddings they are attending, i can only say that the food is always top class. Not an easy thing to do when catering for a large number of people, from a temporary kitchen!

Complementing Super Events were Eleganza Weddings (www.eleganzaweddings.com/ ) , who as professional weddings planners, really take the strain and worry out of the day for the couple.
Again there are wedding planners and WEDDING PLANNERS and they are really one of the few that i would recommend. A bad planner can really a wedding but these guys were really worth their fee!

The wedding and whole day was great fun, and Frankie and Benny, the dogs even seemed to enjoy themselves.

A highlight of the day (and evening) was the comedy trio Pluck ( http://www.pluck.me.uk/update/index.html ) who were amazing! From the serious business of performing the wedding music to providing entertainment and laughter during the meal, i have to say that they were brilliant. You can see them in action below.
